What is therapy?
Therapy is a
process used to change unwanted and undesirable
behaviors, thought patterns and emotional stress. I am a
therapist that will listen to your story and assist you in
figuring out if you have a diagnosable issue such as
depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder and so forth. I work from a
family systems perspective even if the entire family does not attend
meetings. We may explore family of origin issues and how these
impact your life in the present. I am a guide and will work with you
to assist in solving problems you are currently experiencing in a
non-judgmental and compassionate environment.
